EnableCare360 is not an emergency service
It is workforce software for disability support teams. Nothing in the app or on this site is a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Where the app offers AI assistance, that is decision support for a trained worker or coordinator — not medical advice, and not a substitute for emergency services.
In an emergency, call 000. For crisis support at any hour, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
How do I get an account?
There is no public sign-up for EnableCare360. Accounts are provisioned by your provider organisation — a coordinator or admin at your provider sets up your account and invites you in. If you are a worker or participant who needs access, ask your provider organisation, not us; we cannot create an account directly for an individual who contacts us out of the blue.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
EnableCare360 does not use passwords. Enter the email address your provider set your account up with, and we will send you a one-time login code (a magic link, or a short numeric code depending on your device). Enter that code to sign in.
I did not receive my login code — what do I do?
First check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you entered the exact email address your provider has on file for you — a login code only goes to that address. Codes can take a minute or two to arrive. If it still has not shown up after a few minutes, request a new code, or contact your provider organisation to confirm the email address on your account is correct. If none of that helps, email us and we will look into it.
How do I record a voice note?
From your shift or case note screen, tap the microphone control and speak your update as you normally would. When you stop recording, EnableCare360 transcribes it into text and formats it as a note you can review before it is saved.
What happens to my recording after I make it?
Your voice recording is sent for transcription and then stored against the relevant shift or case note. The audio and its transcript are treated as part of the care record, with the same access controls as any other note.
Who can see my notes?
Case notes and voice notes are visible to the participant's support team and the provider's coordinators and admins, in line with your provider organisation's own access settings — not to the general public, and not to other providers.
How do I request access to, or correction of, my data?
Contact your provider organisation directly, or email us at info@enablecare360.com.au and tell us what you need. We answer access and correction requests within 30 days. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
How do I request deletion of my account or data?
Ask your provider organisation to delete your account, or email us at info@enablecare360.com.au with the subject "Delete my account". We acknowledge and action deletion requests within 30 days. Full steps and what deletion covers are set out in requesting account and data deletion.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Mostly, but not entirely. The EnableCare360 app and its main database run on Fly.io in Sydney. Some processing happens overseas, all of it in the United States: every AI feature — the Crisis Assistant, shift summaries and voice transcription — is provided by OpenAI, outbound email is sent through Resend, and file storage through Tigris is not guaranteed to stay within Australia. Voice transcription was previously processed in Australia and no longer is. Every recipient of your data is named in the privacy policy.
What is sent to the AI provider, and can we say no?
The Crisis Assistant, shift summaries and voice transcription send care notes, crisis messages, "what helps"/"what harms" records and voice audio to OpenAI in the United States. A participant's name is replaced with a stand-in code before anything is sent, which reduces what is shared but does not make it anonymous. Nothing is sent at all until an AI consent decision is recorded for that participant, and the decision is enforced in the software rather than just displayed. If consent is declined, the Crisis Assistant offers Eight Minutes — a guided calming session that uses no AI — and every other part of the app works as normal. Consent can be changed at any time.
How do I get an account if I am new to a provider?
There is no public self-signup. Ask the coordinator or admin at your provider organisation to set up your account — they will invite you by email once it is ready.
Does EnableCare360 give medical advice?
No. Where the app offers AI-assisted guidance, it is decision support for a trained worker or coordinator, not medical advice, and not a diagnosis. It is never a substitute for emergency services — see the safety notice above.
