Melody Lucas
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
The founder of EnableCare360 and the CEO of an NDIS service provider based in Australia. I'm also a psychosocial NDIS participant.
EnableCare360 was born out of my own experience navigating the system from both sides — as a participant needing coordinated support and as a provider responsible for delivering safe, compliant services.
What I discovered is that the disability sector is still operating on fragmented systems. Support workers often rely on notes apps, WhatsApp messages, manual incident logs and disconnected documentation platforms. At the same time, participants are largely excluded from visibility into their own support data. EnableCare360 is being built to change that.
The platform sits at the core coordination layer between participants and providers within the NDIS ecosystem, integrating documentation, communication and compliance into one secure system.
Belinda Hendry
Director
Belinda Hendry is a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist with over 25 years' experience, including more than two decades running a successful sole private practice, and is a Director of an NDIS Service Provider. EnableCare 360 was developed from firsthand experience of fragmented systems and operational inefficiencies, delivering a streamlined, provider-led platform designed to reduce burden and improve outcomes across the NDIS sector.
Carrin Watkins
Start-up and Support Professional
Carrin is a compassionate and dependable support professional with qualifications in Individual Support (Disability) and extensive experience assisting people with disability, dementia, and complex care needs. Combines person-centred care expertise with a strong background in leadership, training, and operations management across national organisations. Known for promoting safety, dignity, and independence while building trusting relationships with clients and teams. Highly organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality, compliant support services that improve wellbeing and everyday outcomes.
The founding team completed the Accelerate Process in 2026 with Australia's leading Startup Studio. They continue to receive ongoing support and mentorship.
