Everything the frontline needs, built into one app

Voice-first notes, a Crisis Assistant grounded in the 8 Minutes micro-intervention, and compliance that writes itself as the shift happens — not reconstructed at the end of it.

Market positioning

EnableCare360 is built for the frontline reality, not the back-office finance team.

Rosters and tasks a worker can actually follow mid-shift

Open shifts, the day's roster, and a task checklist that tracks against each participant's plan — all in the pocket, not on a clipboard filled in after the fact.

Voice-first documentation, written up as a professional note

A worker speaks a shift summary the way they would tell a colleague, and EnableCare360 turns it into a clear, auditable case note — cutting the administrative time that used to happen hours later, from memory.

8 Minutes Crisis Support

8 Minutes is one of the core features of the app, and it's built on a very solid scientific foundation. The idea is simple: when someone types "8 minutes," the system immediately shifts into a calming mode designed to help bring their emotional intensity down fast. There's strong evidence that a brief, focused interaction can make a real difference. Neuroscience shows that the body's emotional surge only lasts about ninety seconds unless it gets re-triggered. Research on co-regulation and breathwork shows that with a calm, steady tone and simple grounding techniques, people can start to settle within six to eight minutes. Crisis intervention models also rely on this same window, because the peak of distress usually begins to ease in the first five to ten minutes when someone feels supported. Eight Minutes brings all of this together. It gives users immediate support, in a warm and grounding way, to help them find stability before things escalate. It's a fast, ethical, and evidence-aligned micro-intervention that makes the app truly practical for real moments of overwhelm.

Decision support, not medical advice. The Crisis Assistant guides grounding and de-escalation; a qualified human is always responsible for the participant's care. The assistant, shift summaries and voice transcription are all powered by OpenAI, based in the United States. Nothing is sent until a participant's AI consent is recorded, and participant names are replaced with a stand-in code first.

A team timeline that keeps everyone in the loop

Notes, incidents and shift handovers land in one shared feed, so a coordinator or the next worker on shift sees what happened without chasing three different systems for it.

A space for the participant, not just the paperwork about them

Participants can see their own day, in their own words, alongside the plan built around their triggers, preferences and history — one profile, kept current by the people supporting them.

Compliance and audit exports, ready when you are

Shift, timesheet and incident totals are compiled as the work happens, so an audit export is a download rather than a fortnight of reconstruction.
